"From the time we arrived, the service and professionalism shown were exceptional. We visited the restaurants but didn’t eat at any of them. We bad 2 “not perfect” experiences but they were not enough to make me downgrade my rating. 1. The hotel’s lighting is dark - intentionally. While being escorte down one of the hallways by a attendant to the elevator to take us to the rooftop bar, that happy to be crowded at the time, my bf hit his arm on one of the dark doorknobs on one of the dark doors...
