"The venue is excellent the villas beautiful and the location great. initially we were not warmly welcomed and staff suggested we had been scammed on booking dot com. This was eventually resolved as they had assumed the booking was in my husbands name on not mine. The service in the restaurant was slow even when relatively empty with staff seemingly extra and not anticipating guests needs of water drinks and menus. we had three nights there and this was a regular observation. "The hotel is amazing. Staff was ever so friendly to us and our toddler. Breakfast was also very good. The area is generally beautiful with a nice and the beach is close by. It is possible to take bicycles for free and one of them has a child seat with a harness. We got massages which were great. We had lunch and dinner at restaurant and found better quality elsewhere. So would only go there for breakfast. One negative mention: when we were there Jan/Feb 2024 there was construction next door....
