"Vi ankommer til hotellet 17.30, og får at vide, at vores penthouse (med køkken) ikke er mulig at overnatte i, da airconditionen er i stykker. De tilbyder os en studio lejlighed(meget lille og meget slidt, et badeværelse, meget lille hvor toilettet rykkede sig når man satte sig på det.) til 5 voksne mennesker. Vi har på vejen til hotellet købt madvarer ind, for selv at lave vores mad. Det er de da fuldstændig lige glade med. Receptionisten fortæller, at de ikke har kontaktet os, da vi har...

"I love visiting the Norwalk Inn. On Friday, it was 100 degrees, and I didn’t understand why they closed the pool area. Although we had passing showers, the day turned out to be hot and sunny. Overall, the front desk granted us a late check-out, so we were able to enjoy the pool on Saturday."

"Just want to give a special tanks to 1 special staff, her name is Nae☺️ She was very, very nice my daughter and I had the earlier reservation someplace else and we were very disappointed and at the last minute we got a reservation at the Hampton. She was so pleasant and understanding and very helpful. I walk with a cane and she was so considerate and was able to place me on the floor that was good for me with my walking. I thank God for her thank you so much. Nae☺️☺️"

"Very nice hotel in Fairfield.
We loved the room with pool view.
Pool area wonderful.
Breakfast was the only thing which could be improved. Very limited choises and weird tabels which was too high to sit around.
We will come back next time we are in the area. "
