"Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating.

"Our stay at Heaven View was comfortable. We were checked in early and the staff was very helpful with with all our questions. They assisted us with getting rickshaws, tickets , storing our luggage and made our stay very comfortable and our trip to Amritsar memorable. The hotel is a short walk to the golden temple. While it is only 3 minutes away from Darbar Sahib (with entry right next to Akal Takht Sahib!), it is very difficult to get your car there, because the streets are too congested. They do have parking but it took extra long to get in and out. So park outside and take an auto to the place. "
