"Pros: staff was very helpful. Room service and calling cabs ok. AC was working very well. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great.
Cons: Fridge was not cold at all. Inside of fridge was moldy. Toilet required 2 full flushes. Toilet smelled bad after flushing. Washroom wall mirror was too dark to use."

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent !
I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks "
