Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space surrounded by trees and natural green located on the second floor of this lovely home.

This place has a private entrance (located on the right side of the home) followed by stairs leading to the living spaces. No living areas is shared with first floor residents. You will have the entire second floor apartment to you and your family.

Based on the season, you may enjoy some fresh fruits from the backyard, including: avocados, papayas, mangos etc.

The property has a total of three ductless type units. One located in the living room, the second one in the left corner bedroom and the third on the right corner bedroom. The smallest room does not have an individual A/C unit.

For our guests safety, three outdoor cameras are recording at all times. Located near the entrance facing the parking and green areas. There is also a doorbell camera located at the entrance. In case you need help accessing the property/operating the digital lock, the doorbell can be use to have immediate help as it is two way communication tool.

Property is walking distance from a well known traditional Puerto Rican food restaurant "Sevilla", founded in 1988 and known for its delicious mofongo and traditional foods. 🍛!
