Welcome to your ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay in Gunzenhausen!



The spacious 200 m² apartment offers space for up to 8 people and combines comfort with modern amenities. It consists of a cozy living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a large double bed and three with 1.40 m wide double beds), two bathrooms and an additional guest WC. A private sauna with various infusions provides relaxation. WLAN and a workstation for home office as well as a private balcony are also available. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available, but is shared with other residents.



The accommodation is close to the Altmühlsee lake, the Brombachsee lake and the charming old town of Gunzenhausen. A free parking lot is available directly on the property.



Families with children are very welcome. However, pets, smoking and the reception of additional guests are not permitted. We ask our guests to leave the accommodation swept clean on departure. If the keys are lost, a fee will be charged for changing the locks.



Sustainability is important to us. The accommodation has recycling guidelines, energy-saving lighting and has been insulated with sustainable materials. A practical self-check-in system makes your arrival particularly uncomplicated. Please follow the instructions in the booking confirmation.
