However, we are writing to make you aware of an issue we unfortunately encountered during our visit. We had to change rooms due to mold, which was handled well by the staff. Towards the end of our stay, however, we noticed that there was also some mold beginning to appear in the new room. As it was close to our departure, we chose not to bring it up at the time, but we did mention it upon checkout, as we didn’t want to switch rooms again.
We hope you take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as we would very much like to recommend your hotel to others – and perhaps even return ourselves one day. We simply feel it is important that the issue with mold is taken seriously, as it can affect both the guests’ experience and their health.

"Poolen var noget varm når man havde behov for at køle ned men fordi hotellet lå op til stranden var det et fint alternativ. Personalet er smilende og hjælpsomme. Det skal de have applaus for. Hotellet er kompakt og småt men har de basale ting. Underholdningen om aftenen var generelt kedeligt. Vi var der i 7 dage og fik en gratis a la carte oplevelse. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us a tour upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the kids’ area was not yet completed, but a small playground had been set up for the children.
There was some noise due to construction of a new hotel right next door, but it was manageable.
There were a few bazaars missing in the area, although Land of Legends is located just across the street — but it was a bit on the expensive side"
"Hotellet er slidt. Rengøring personale vækker alle kl 6 om morgenen ved at sidde og råbe til hinanden på gangen. Der er larm overalt på hotellet. Det er total uoverskueligt at komme rundt i restauranten og få bord til aftensmad.

Der var folk som kom op og slås ved poolen og som truede hinanden på livet foran børn uden at hotellets personale gjorde noget.

Too loud overall. Would prefer to drive 20 minutes more to Kirman in Side as service was much better here last year. "
