We have stayed at several hotels but have never experienced anything like this. Everything is out of control and the rooms are not clean at all. We have stayed here 3 nights and the bedsheets have not been cleaned nor did the towels or bathrobe get washed. Not once did they wash the bedsheets or towels during our 3 nights stay even though we specifically reminded and told them! We told them 4 times but they did not do anything about it.
