"Staff was very accommodating. Couldn't figure out how to operate the television so the clerk offered to come down and show me. In the meanwhile, he changed the batteries in the remote for me, and problem solved. Appreciated his effort/offer to resolve my issue."

"Building is lovely and well kept. My only question was why there was not any room cleaning after the second night stay. No garbage pickup or towel change out at all. Initially when I looked online at the hotel details it showed daily room service. This was disappointing. Also it would have been nice to have some recommendations of local food Venus."

"This was probably the cleanest hotel Ive ever seen. Even comparing it to rooms that cost 3 times as much. The room was clean, the laundry room/gym was clean, the lobby, the lot. And the people at the counter were not only very nice they were engaging! The ones on July 27 and 28 were especially! And the guy on the 29th I thknk was the manager was super helpful, too.
