The space
With 2 BR, 2 BA plus a bonus room (with a twin bed), this is the more spacious version of the 2 BR homes found in Legacy Towers. Its 3rd-floor location offers fantastic views of the resort-style pool and the live oak tree where our neighborhood's great blue heron frequently comes to roost when he’s through fishing in the Sound. The large balcony provides the perfect vantage point for viewing fantastic sunsets, the white sand against sparkling water, and the Gulf Coast nature. Enjoy cocktails on the veranda without the wind-tunnel effect sometimes found on higher floors.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for those who love to cook, but if home cooking isn’t in your plans, restaurants and bars, not to mention casinos, are only a short distance away.

The master suite has a king-size bed furnished with a soft quilt and quality sheets. It opens directly onto the balcony and offers a wonderful wake-up view of the beach and water. Its private bath has double granite sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower.
