(Please Note: We do not have an elevator at our complex, you must climb 2 flights of stairs to enter the unit)

Less than half a mile from The Hangout, sea-rious fishing just a mile west, and only a few miles from Orange Beach. Bonus: the Flora-Bama Lounge is just a short 15-minute ride away!

Welcome to your new vacation spot: The Living Space! Enter a roomy living room with cushy seating, a Smart TV, and a dining area - perfect for a fancy dinner or your morning cereal. With a dining table that seats 6, there's room for everyone to chow down together. Want to mix it up? Head out to the balcony and whip up a drink while taking in the beachy vibes. Happy hour just got an upgrade!

Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your morning cup o' Joe and even has an air fryer/toaster oven combo for your inner gourmet. Feel like grilling? We've got you covered. Just don't forget the buns!

There's plenty of seating to hang out together or find a quiet spot to yourself. Just don't forget to climb two flights of stairs to get here - no elevators, no problem!

Of course, you're not gonna be stuck inside all day. Go wild and take part in golf, kayaking, ziplining over dunes, birdwatching, and even dolphin-watching cruises. And that's not even including Gulf State Park and the nearby Gulf Shores beaches, trails, and pier! You're not gonna want to leave!

This tranquil beach town is known for its bright white beaches and soothing warm water, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. There are some really cool daytime activities to enjoy here, like scenic cruises, dolphin-watching and hiking. Bring the fam because Gulf Shores has plenty of fun for everyone, including The Track, a family recreation center with bumper boats, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. And if you stay at our condo, you'll be just half a block away from a grocery store, package store, ice cream shop, seafood market, and a super nice restaurant!

Designated parking spot for guests that can accommodate 2 cars.

Can access the unit from the rear staircase. Upon climbing the stairs and reaching the second level of condos (3nd floor), you will turn right and proceed to unit 15.

The condo has a covered, designated parking spot. Park underneath the spot labeled #15 and walk up two small flights to the condo!
Parking Notes: The complex does not currently charge for parking.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Renter MUST be 21 or older unless pre-approved
Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout by 10:00 AM
Please don’t leave the front door open with the A/C running. Please do not set the A/C below 67 degrees, this will causes the A/C unit to freeze up.
Open flames or grilling is not allowed on the decks due to the fire codes.
Please avoid sitting on the furniture or beds with wet bathing suits or tanning oil.
The locked closet is our personal property; please do not tamper with the lock.
No smoking, vaping or parties allowed.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, TP, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
