$75 per day please provide 18 hour notice.

Heated to a comfortable 82–84°F

Heating is disabled if outdoor temps drop near 40°F

⭐ Other Things to Note:
★ No parties or large gatherings
Only registered guests are allowed. If you’re unsure whether your stay falls under this, please check with us prior to booking.

★ Pet-friendly with fee
We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100 pet fee. Please help us avoid issues by following these rules:
– No pets on beds or furniture
– No using kitchen utensils or bowls for pets
– Please clean up after them

★ Parking for 6–7 vehicles
Parking is available in front of the house. Let us know if you have more than one vehicle or special needs.

★ Entertainment
Smart TVs throughout the home, all equipped with Roku. Log into your own streaming accounts for Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc.

★ Security Cameras
There are two external cameras — one overlooking the front driveway and one in the backyard. These are in place to monitor property access only.

★ Minimum Booking Age: 21
The person booking must be 21+ and will be held responsible for the entire group.
If local authorities are called due to noise, parties, or disturbances, immediate removal without refund will apply.
