The Hangout Deck is a fun-filled beach retreat just 1 block from the Gulf in Gulf Shores. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasts 1,960 sq. ft. of living space, featuring spacious living areas, multiple balconies, and plenty of entertainment for all ages. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach, playing games, or grilling in the private backyard, there’s something for everyone at this pet-friendly getaway.

Perfect for families, couples, and out-of-town guests looking for a quiet escape. Not suitable for parties or events.

☆ BEDROOMS ☆
Four cozy bedrooms all equipped with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, comfortable bedding, and ample closet space. On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two full beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a king bed.

This 4 bedroom home can accommodate up to 10 people.

This home offers 2.5 bathrooms, conveniently located across both levels, ensuring easy access for all guests. The main level includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a nearby half bath. On the upper level, there's a full bathroom with a shower.

☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆
The open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Extras include a convection toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, blender, and other kitchen gadgets. Cook with the oven and microwave, then let the whisper-quiet dishwasher handle cleanup.

Gather with seating for six at the dining table and four at the kitchen bar, and unwind in the living room with a cozy sectional and flat-screen TV.

When it’s time to kick back and have some fun, there’s something for everyone. Play retro favorites on the Nintendo Switch with 150+ classic games, including Super Mario Bros. 3, Donkey Kong Country, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. Prefer something more hands-on? Dive into a NERF battle, play air hockey, mini golf, or challenge your crew to a game of giant chess. Whether you're young or just young at heart, the fun never stops!

The private backyard offers even more space to enjoy, featuring picnic tables and a charcoal grill—perfect for easy outdoor meals and family cookouts. Just bring your charcoal and favorite ingredients!

Pet Note: Pets are welcome inside but not allowed on the backyard sand or putting greens. Please clean up any accidents promptly to keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

PARKING:
There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Washer & Dryer: Stackable unit, with ironing board and iron for your convenience.
Wi-Fi: High-speed wireless internet and Smart TVs throughout the house – Just log in to your own streaming services to watch your favorite shows and movies.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
Please note: Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

We provide one bath towel per guest (up to our maximum occupancy) as well as bedding. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

BEACH GEAR:
We provide a few beach chairs and a wagon. These items are frequently replaced due to wear and tear, photos shown in the listing may differ from what’s available. Any beach toys at the property were left by previous guests and are not guaranteed or supplied by us.

MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February—perfect for a winter escape to the Gulf Coast!

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules.

☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.
☞Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit "HOLD" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for weather or health-related emergencies. Please note that no refunds or date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We will adhere to our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Rental Age: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.
☞Occupancy:10 guests max. Ages 2+ must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests incur a $150 per person, per night fee
☞No visitors or unregistered guests. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per Gulf Shores regulations. Violations may result in a $500 over-occupancy fee.
☞No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted at any time, even briefly. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.
☞Photo Variations: Photos are for reference only. Decor, beach items, and games may vary; room layout and bed sizes remain the same. No refunds for minor changes.
☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.
☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.
☞Smoking: No smoking inside. Violation = $250 fine, loss of security deposit + professional cleaning costs.
☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars. No street or remote parking available. Do not park on the grass.
☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (facing parking & staircase) recording during your stay. $200 fee for tampering
☞Devices: Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $250 for tampering, unplugging, disabling, or removing
☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize insects, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
☞Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable services may be interrupted during storms or due to issues beyond our control. While such disruptions are rare and typically resolved within a few hours, we cannot offer refunds for outages, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
☞Trash: Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday. A service will take them to the curb and bring them back in.
☞Outdoor Grill: Always supervise while in use and clean it afterward, removing charcoal and food debris. Please bring your own charcoal.
☞Mini Golf: Putt only – no swinging, chipping, or launching balls. No rough play. Children must be supervised, keep pets off.
☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. By using them, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for accidents or injuries.
☞NERF Rules: Play responsibly with protective eyewear. Report damage or loss. Charges may apply or any damages or misuse.
☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Use of any of these will result in a $100 fee, plus charges for any damages caused.
☞Showers: Please keep the shower curtain liner inside the tub and fully closed to avoid water damage
☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash. You may be held liable for any repair costs due to misuse.
☞Biohazard Fee: Vomit, urine, blood, feces incurs a $250 Fee. Any unsanitizable items will be replaced at the guest's expense.
☞Items left behind: We cannot ship. Ensure you have all belongings.

☞Pet Rules:
2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) max (pre-paid fee). Undisclosed pets = $200 fee.
Crate dogs when alone. Bring your own pet towels and crate.
No pets on furniture or in bedrooms.
Dogs must be house-trained.
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in outdoor bins.
No dogs allowed in the backyard sand or on putting greens.
It is a criminal offense to knowingly and willfully misrepresent a pet as a service animal under Alabama law.

☞INCIDENTALS:
• Our cleaning service provides "start-up" supplies including: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, 1 hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
