Beach Please, this GULF FRONT 2bd/2bath unit is in fact within the closest complex to the water having add panoramic views of the Gulfs teal green waters ALL located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and adult/family night life. There is a well stocked market across the street with gourmet foods and spirits. This unit is in a friendly, low density complex leaving our private beach less congested. Access to the beach is a snap about 70-90 steps on the boardwalk to the white sandy beach. Top it off with FREE chair service everyday of your stay- 2 lounge chairs & 1 umbrellas by @suncoastbeachservice starting early March thru Mid October- Chairs are set up at 9am collected at 5pm every day weather permitting. Enjoy the stash of beach toys, buckets, castle molds, a floaty pump, water noodle, float and a skim board. We just ask you rinse off the sand before putting them back in the basket located in the beachside bedroom. We strongly believe in the kindness of the beach -quote - Need one barrow one, have one leave one. Vacations, getaways, holidays, &/or the rare minute of R&R enjoy the stress free packing knowing your beach chairs and toys are waiting for you on property.
#beach355 - The unit was remodeled/updated 2022-23- with Pacific Northwest (Washington State) meets Gulf of Mexico, Lower Alabama vibes. Clean lines, no fuss- The unit has unobstructed Panoramic views of the amazing teal waters viewed thru NEW floor to ceiling sliders. There is fresh paint throughout the unit with sleek wood LVP floors. The updated kitchen has straight line cabinets, marble solid surfaces. Stainless appliances and fully stocked for all your meal prepping needs. New in 2022 charcoal grills on the West side of the property for guests to use. The Master suite has a memory foam king sized mattress topped with luxury linens. There are universal wireless charging stations and sound machines at each nightstands. The adjoining full bath has 100% Terry towels, fresh paint, and flooring. The guest gulf front bedroom has a queen bed a full dresser and closet for personal use. All the bedding and linens are 100% cotton.. There are touch lamps with USB charging ports on each nightstands. There are smart TV's in each room with Roku and dish network services. Free password protected super speed FIBER WiFi throughout the unit and building including the pool area.. All the furniture within the living space was purchased 2023- We give a 100% guarantee for cleanliness. If you are not satisfied or need anything please let us know within 24hrs of your stay-   It's our guests who make our little Town Big Beach so amazing.
If you are flying in for your stay we have a private driver that we can arrange for your arrival pick-up at any of the following- Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) 65 miles/1.5hr away, Gulf Shores International airport AKA Jack Edwards Field (GUF) 2 miles, or Pensacola international airport(PNS) 36 miles 1hr drive - References above is the distance/drive time to this property- Private transportation service has additional costs, please let me know if you’re interested- Pick-up/ drop-offs are to be arranged at time of booking or ASAP to gain confirmation -

Condo was right on the beach with easy access! So pretty to set out on the balcony in the afternoons. Having Chair and umbrella service included was incredible. We didn't have to worry about carrying as much to the beach with us everyday and the condo is so close you don't have to worry about lunch or anything just walk down to Sea & Suds or right back up to the condo.

Great Spring Break Trip

We just left this lovely condo this morning. We had a short stay for Spring Break after taking my son for a college visit at University of Alabama. This small condo building is our favorite to stay when visiting Gulf Shores. It’s not overly large and all the condos are beachfront. Close to everything. We walked the beach to the state park pier and The Hangout. The condo itself is exactly as we expected. On our last full day the battery needed replacing in the door lock and we couldn’t get in. Owner responded to my call immediately and remotely let us in. She then had maintenance at the door to replace the batteries in less than 20 minutes. Excellent response result. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Very nice

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and smelt amazing as we walked in. The property is older but well maintained. Very easy access to the beach and to restaurants etc. It was awesome having chair service included with our stay. Remember to TIP the chair guys and tip them well. They work their butts off for you but they are not your full time staff either. Be kind. The only issue (although a minor one) is the beach chair situation. It was great having 2 chairs and umbrella included each day and set up for us. However, many people that stay in other places across the street/etc park their setup right in front of you, which is quite annoying, especially if you have younger kids like us and want to keep a close eye on them. So, a way to fix this is bring one of those large beach blankets with you and place it in front of your chairs, closer to the water, so no one sets up camp in front of you. That’s what we had to do. Other than that, great getaway. Thank you.

Excellent beach condo

The condo was clean, conveniently located right on the beach - just a few short steps from the sand and waves, with wonderful beach chairs and umbrella set up daily. We had an amazing time, whether hanging out inside, on the beach or overlooking the water from the balcony. Hope to be back soon!

First VRBO Experience and First Time in GS

Booking this trip was out of my comfort zone as I had never used VRBO or any other booking site similar to rent a home. Kasie made the entire experience simple from the moment we booked - excellent communication and always happy to answer any questions I had. The condo was perfect! Cozy, extremely clean and so easy to access the beach and other area restaurants, shops and attractions. I brought my 4 children with me (ages 10, 8, 6 and 4) and this location made it convenient for us to enjoy the beach but have quick access back to the condo if we needed it. We will no doubt be back and definitely book with Kasie again!

Beach condo did not disappoint!

This building is an older property but the condo itself has completely been renovated and is adorable. The owner/manager was an absolute pleasure. The condo included extras like the umbrella and chair service which was a great bonus as we usually rent those every year. Perfect condo for our family of 4 and would sleep up to 6 easily. Security on the property was very thorough and made it feel very safe. Would stay at this condo again in the future.

Great stay and lovely host!

My 80yrs young parents (that's how my dad likes to say his age!), my niece and nephew (16 and 12) and I all enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and appreciated the pre-arranged beach chairs/umbrella. Very clean and updated inside. My nephew was a little worried from looking at it from the parking lot and then was quite happy once inside and especially with the excellent beach access ;-) We did have an issue with the remote lock upon arrival, but Kasie responded very quickly to our text and helped ensure we got in. One suggestion is to offer a welcome pamphlet/note or the like that details the wifi code, how to access the beach chairs/umbrella, and maybe some favorite food options. That added touch would improve an already great experience. I definitely recommend!

Great little condo

This was a great little condo for 4 adults and a 6 month old. Kitchen was super clean as it had recently been recently renovated. Very well stocked. We loved the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. Wi-fi was very spotty but just more of an inconvenience than a problem. We really liked eating at Mikee's Seafood and Hogwild BBQ. Definitely worth the drive to Island Ice Cream and Treats! It was a great week at the beach!
