A key fob is provided to access the beach & pool area. The fob will be hanging up on the key hook that is located on the wall by the dining table. You will be charged $100 for a lost fob.

Less than a mile from Wave's & Package store, The Hangout, The Beach House Kitchen, Gulf Place and Gulf Shore nightlife and souvenir shops. Per HOA- must be 25 to check in, government Id for reservation has to match at check in and must agree to all house rules in a signed rental agreement that will be sent after booking.

Please note: this unit is on the 1st floor but climbing a few stairs is necessary (no elevator in the building). The unit looks out towards the gulf over a small part of the parking lot and pool.
