Great place and great unit.

Reviewer Comments: Great property great location just need the living room tv better equipped as it took an excessive amount of time to load and stream and options were not apps subscribed to. But not that we spent a lot of time in doors but would have been nice to have a better selection in the evenings.

Awesome view and location, plus wonderful hosts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo rental was more than I expected. The Master suite was very roomy and the two bathrooms made it easier to travel with teens. The hosts were checking in on a regular basis to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Amazing balcony view, we were there often as well as the beach every day. The carts for unloading were a nice perk! Very happy with our stay.

Lovely small condo

Booked this condo at the very very last minute. Small and perfect for a couple or family with small kid! Very clean. Management company was awesome and very accommodating!

Just As Advertised

This is by far the best of the five Royal Palms condos we’ve stayed at in the past three years. Updated, newer appliances, comfortable furniture, and extremely clean. Only thing we noted was a very creaky bed frame.

Very Clean & Great Communication

My family and I have stayed in many condos over the years and never have we walked into a spotless condo without a grain of sand like we did this one. We also had an instance where communication was key and Lizzie went above and beyond. We highly recommend this condo!

Great place to stay

My husband and I found this condo very short notice and I am so glad that we were able to stay here. The location is great and the condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, everything worked properly, and the property manager was very nice/communicative. It is the perfect size for 2 guests in my opinion. We have no complaints. We usually vacation in Florida but if we find ourselves back in Gukf Shores we will be staying in this condo again.

Fantastic stay

Very nice condo. Everything was as described. Having a washer and dryer was such a life saver with two kids. Being ontop of the beach made the haul of toys in and back out a breeze. The view was everything we had hoped it would be. Enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean. 100% would stay here again and would recommend it to others. We also enjoyed that it was at the end of the strip so there wasnt as much through traffic and the beach wasnt as clustered as it has been prior when we were at the other end.

It is very clean and well maintained! The 2 bathrooms are a plus for my husband and myself! The only changes I would suggest would be to upgrade the king mattress or add a topper to it! But, this condo is our favorite in Royal Palms! We will be back!!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Condo complex was nice, condo was clean and balcony view was great. Cons: WiFi was not working during our stay and air conditioning was not working during our stay. Property managers were unavailable during our stay (closed at 5 pm Saturday and all day Sunday) so nothing was fixed while we were there. They gave us a 12% refund for our trouble.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, some issues with small things: Vent fan in master bath didn't work, both sinks the stopper would not work to keep water in the bowl, no storage for clothes during our stay. Had to leave clothes in suit case, lighting in Master bedroom was very dim which made it harder to find what item of clothing you were trying to find in suit case, unit was much smaller than what we are used to staying in. Two years ago we rented through Bender and stayed at Clearwater. Between the two we would pick Clearwater over the unit in The Royal Palms. The pictures on the website are very misleading, they make the unit look much bigger. We love Gulf Shores, my favorite place to vacation but we won't be staying at The Royal Palms again.

We loved all the updates, new remodel in kitchen and bath and loved the full size washer and dryer! Quick access to all eating places along with Walmart and Publix! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for two who like their on bathroom ! And would we great if you had 2 small kids because of the bunk beds! It had all the extras we needed in kitchen too!(dishes and appliances)!
