Located just 5.7 miles west of The Hangout, the home allows guests to enjoy a quieter side of Gulf Shores while remaining just a short drive from beloved restaurants, local shopping, family-friendly entertainment, and beachside attractions. Here, you can begin your mornings with coffee overlooking the lagoon, spend your afternoons between the beach and the water, and end your evenings with a sunset from the balcony.

This 3,000-square-foot beach home was designed with comfort, gathering, and relaxed coastal living in mind. The main living area is bright and open, featuring beautiful Little Lagoon views through two oversized windows, comfortable seating, a spacious dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The property is not located within a subdivision, giving guests added privacy, generous outdoor space, and a peaceful setting away from crowded high-density areas. With no close neighbors, ample parking, and sweeping waterfront views, this home is ideal for families and guests looking for a slower, more spacious Gulf Shores escape.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the home, elevator, balconies, outdoor spaces, carport-style parking, driveway parking, and the private sandy lagoon area behind the home.

The garage is accessible; however, it is not available for guest parking due to the owners’ personal vehicle being stored inside.

This location is especially well-suited for guests who want convenient beach access without being in the middle of heavy crowds and high-rise traffic.

House Rules & Important Guest Information
No Smoking
All properties are strictly non-smoking, including inside the home and on balconies or covered areas.

Age Requirement
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age, and a guest meeting this requirement must remain at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in cancellation without refund.

Entertainment & Streaming
Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests must log in using their own streaming service credentials. Please remember to log out prior to departure.

Parking & Arrival Notes
There is ample parking available under the home and in the driveway, accommodating up to eight (8) vehicles,
As well as space for a boat or trailer
The garage can be accessed, but it is not available for guest parking.
The owners do keep their personal vehicle parked inside the garage.
Guests are welcome to use the carport-style parking under the house.
There is also driveway space available for overflow parking.
Please note there is an owner’s boat trailer parked under the house.
After visiting the beach, please rinse off under the home to help keep sand out of the living spaces

No cats, birds, or other animals permitted
Dogs must be leashed at all times, as neighboring homes may also have pets

️ Beach Access (Please Read Carefully)
Guests have authorized private beach access through the neighboring beachfront property located at:
2833 W Beach Blvd – “Dear Time” (orange front columns)
Directions:
Walk across the street from the home
Turn left (east) and continue to the second driveway
Walk along the left side of the driveway, pass under the house, and follow the ramp to the beach

DO NOT walk across the dunes at any time

The beachfront home may be rented or occupied by the homeowner, which is completely fine. The owner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access, and the occupants are aware.

This access is reciprocal: guests at Dear Time may walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time, pass under the home, and use the path to access the lagoon.

Public Beach Option:
The nearest public beach is West Beach Pass, located 2.8 miles east. Cross the bridge, turn left to park, then cross the street or walk under the bridge to reach the beach.

How to Travel in Gulf Shores
Gulf Shores is easy to navigate and offers several convenient ways to get around, whether you’re here to relax on the beach or explore everything the area has to offer.

By Car
Driving is the most common and flexible way to travel in Gulf Shores. The main routes—Gulf Shores Parkway (Highway 59) and West Beach Boulevard—connect you to beaches, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and nearby Orange Beach. Most destinations are just a short drive away, and parking is widely available at public beach accesses, restaurants, and attractions.

Ride-Share Services
Uber and Lyft are available throughout Gulf Shores and are a great option for dining out, events, or evenings when you prefer not to drive. Availability is generally good, though wait times may increase during peak seasons and holidays.

Biking, E-Bikes & Scooters
Many visitors enjoy renting bikes, e-bikes, or scooters for short trips and scenic rides along the coast. These options are ideal for exploring beach areas, local shops, and nearby attractions at a relaxed pace. Sidewalks and bike-friendly areas are available throughout much of the city.

Walking
Gulf Shores is pedestrian-friendly in many areas, especially near public beach accesses, parks, restaurants, and shops. Walking is a great way to enjoy the coastal atmosphere, beach views, and sunsets.


Seasonal Transportation
During peak travel seasons, trolleys, shuttles, or water taxis may be available for special events and popular destinations. Availability varies by season.
