Step outside onto the southern beach facing patios to relax while listening to the crashing waves and sea gulls singing. Take in the salt air while enjoying your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset below the palm trees. Going upstairs you'll find four more big bedrooms each with private ensuite baths. All of these bedrooms have a water view. This floor also has a separate den with pullout sofa. The two south facing bedrooms on this floor have double doors leading out to big private reading porches with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Take your favorite book out to the bedswing and nap in your little private oasis away from the crowd. Once you are all rested up, take a super short walk to the beach boardwalk only steps away. Once on the beach walk west to Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge...the beach as it used to be. The completely undisturbed sand dunes and nature trails go all the way to Fort Morgan road. If you love nature and hiking trails, this is a super cool spot. If a sparkling pool is more your speed then check out the Laguna Key community pool directly across from the beach boardwalk. This area is also home to our tennis and basketball court all located in the center of the community. And it doesn't stop there, not only do you have the beach water to enjoy but you also have the Little Lagoon to play in as well. Our lagoon boardwalk takes you out to a sandy walk way to fish, kayak or just sit and watch the jumping fish and pelicans that are looking for their next meal. Laguna Key is a gated family friendly neighborhood so bring your bicycles or rent them and tour the community and bike lane on west beach boulevard.
