    This first-floor Gulf Village studio is a hidden gem in the heart of Gulf Shores, perfect for couples or a small family of up to 4. Don't let the "studio" label fool you — this unit punches above its weight with a full kitchen, a dedicated partitioned sleeping area, and a private covered deck that'll have you lingering over morning coffee until noon. You're one flight of stairs up from ground level, with the Gulf practically in your backyard.

    About Gulf Village:
    Gulf Village is a beachfront complex with dedicated Gulf access just 200 feet from the water. Guests enjoy a resort-size outdoor pool with loungers, a same-floor coin laundry facility, and easy walkability to the beach. Private beach access means no fighting for public parking or hauling gear across a crowded lot.

    Additional Notes
    * This property does not allow bookings by parties of adults under 25
    * Pest control (Arrow Exterminators) services all Gulf Village units monthly and may access the unit during your stay
    * No pets allowed
    * Coin laundry located on the first floor
    * Parking: Gulf Village requires a parking pass for all vehicles. Passes are 35 dollars each with a limit of two. You've been automatically charged for parking — your passes will be waiting on the kitchen counter when you arrive.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Stairs were very easy to walk up and down. Would stay there again.

This property was great for spending time on the beach. It took 2 minutes to walk out the door to set our chairs in the sand. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need to keep it clean.

The place was very small but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Perfect for two people, but no problems either with 4 as long as you keep your items organized and in your bags (which was a daily chore with two teens who brought too much stuff!) Clean and cute. Pool is right downstairs, and very short walk to the beach. Parking can be very difficult if you have an oversized truck, if you have a normal sized car or SUV you’ll be fine. However, we would still stay here again even with the big truck! There is a washer and dryer for the entire building not for each condo and looked like you had to pay for it per load so we passed on that. The host was great and he answered any questions we had immediately. Overall we had a wonderful time and would choose to stay here again.
