Located in Building 4 of Gulf Shores Plantation, this top-floor, south-facing condo combines elevated Gulf views with the peaceful atmosphere of the Fort Morgan peninsula. With no unit above you, plenty of sleeping space, and access to an impressive collection of resort amenities, 4505 is an excellent choice for families, couples traveling together, golf getaways, and extended beach vacations.

Private Balcony

One of the highlights of 4505 is its south-facing balcony overlooking the Gulf side of the resort.

The balcony is accessed directly from the living room and includes two captain's chairs, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or winding down after a day on the beach.

There is no washer/ dryer in the unit, but there is a common-area laundry facility in the building.

If you need more space, we also manage unit 4506 next door.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner closet.



Two amenity access cards are provided for use during your stay. Please keep track of these cards, as lost or unreturned amenity cards are subject to a $125 replacement charge per card.



Access to 4000 feet of private, unspoiled beaches



From Building 4, simply walk south toward the pool area and continue to the beachfront boardwalks for access to the sand.



When carrying coolers or additional beach equipment, guests may also find it convenient to park closer to the pool and beach-access area before continuing to the boardwalk.



Please note that beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys are not provided inside the condo. Seasonal beach-chair and umbrella rental services are available separately.

There is no private washer or dryer inside Unit 4505.

Shared guest laundry facilities are available in the building, making it easy to handle laundry during longer stays.



The Neighborhood:

Gulf Shores Plantation sits along the Fort Morgan peninsula, one of the quieter and more naturally beautiful areas of Gulf Shores.

While downtown Gulf Shores offers restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and attractions, Fort Morgan provides a more relaxed Gulf Coast experience with uncrowded surroundings, stretches of white-sand beach, coastal scenery, and a slower vacation pace.

The resort is approximately 20 minutes west of central Gulf Shores, allowing guests to enjoy the attractions of town while returning each evening to a much more peaceful beachfront setting.



Golf

Golfers will especially appreciate the location.

Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located next door to Gulf Shores Plantation, placing one of the area's premier golf experiences practically in your backyard.

Additional public golf options are also available throughout the Gulf Shores area.



Fort Morgan

Continue west along the peninsula to historic Fort Morgan, where visitors can explore one of Alabama's most significant coastal historic sites and enjoy beautiful views of Mobile Bay.

The nearby ferry provides seasonal transportation across Mobile Bay toward Dauphin Island, making for a fun Gulf Coast day trip.



Boating & Fishing

A public boat launch is located nearby, making the Fort Morgan area particularly appealing for guests interested in boating, fishing, kayaking, and exploring Mobile Bay and the surrounding coastal waterways.



Dining

Guests can enjoy dining options throughout the Fort Morgan area, including nearby Sassy Bass Island Grill, currently operating approximately 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Restaurant hours may vary seasonally, so guests should confirm current hours before visiting.



Of course, downtown Gulf Shores is also an easy drive away whenever you're ready for additional dining, shopping, nightlife, and family attractions.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended when staying in the Fort Morgan area.

Once you arrive at Gulf Shores Plantation, however, the beach, pools, recreational facilities, and many resort amenities are easily accessible within the property.

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft and local taxi services may operate in the Gulf Shores area, but availability can vary because of the resort's Fort Morgan location.



Parking

Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles.

Gulf Shores Plantation requires HOA parking permits for vehicles. Parking permit fees are separate from the vacation-rental reservation and are subject to change by the association.



Other Things to Note:

Top-Floor Condo

4505 is located on the fifth and top floor of Building 4, providing an elevated setting with no condo directly above.

Building 4 is serviced by an elevator.



Beach Equipment

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and similar equipment are not supplied inside the condo.

Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment or arrange rentals through local beach-service providers.



Laundry

There is no washer or dryer inside the condo. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building.



Amenity Cards

Two resort amenity cards are provided with the condo.

Please return both cards at departure. A $125 replacement charge applies for each lost or missing card.



Locked Owner Storage

One locked owner closet is located inside the condo and is not available for guest use.



Pets

Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.

Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable requirements.



Resort Amenities

Gulf Shores Plantation amenities are maintained and controlled by the condominium association. Pools, recreational facilities, restaurants, beach services, and other shared amenities may occasionally close or operate on modified schedules because of maintenance, weather, seasonal operations, or HOA requirements.
