This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This cozy studio is ideal for a couple’s getaway, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. The open layout features a plush queen bed, sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom, all styled in a fresh, coastal design that captures the easygoing charm of Gulf Shores. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, this studio offers a peaceful retreat just steps from the shore.

BATHROOM
This condo offers a full bathroom with a small vanity, built-in hairdryer, and a tub/shower combination with an upgraded shower head and handheld wand.

PARKING
Due to limited parking, a 2 car limit is strictly enforced in this gated property. Parking passes must be purchased separately from the resort directly. Parking pass prices are $35 each. Before arrival, you will be sent instructions on purchasing your passes and will need to show your parking pass e-receipt for the on-site guard.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Monthly reservations are accepted between November 1st and March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
