  • Welcome to Seawind 1408, your Gulf-front oasis in Gulf Shores. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect retreat for your well-deserved vacation, complete with breathtaking views and upscale amenities.

    Located on the 14th floor, this condo boasts a private balcony with access from the living area and Primary bedroom, allowing you to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf from the comfort of your own space.

    The Primary suite is a luxurious haven, featuring a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a private bath. Step out onto the balcony from the Primary bedroom and start your day with a cup of coffee as you take in the stunning views of the Gulf.

    The second bedroom offers another cozy retreat with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside fun. Meanwhile, the bunk room is perfect for the kids, with a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed providing plenty of sleeping space and entertainment with its flat-screen TV.

    In the spacious living area, unwind on the comfortable furnishings and enjoy a movie night with the flat-screen TV. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need. Share meals with loved ones at the dining table or take advantage of the balcony dining area for an experience with unbeatable views.

    Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

    AGE REQUIREMENT:

We loved this property! The beachfront view was amazing and the condo was exactly as described. Only took a star off for cleanliness because we found a pair of dirty underwear in the bed that didn’t belong to anyone in my family Plenty of room for my family and a great central location to restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores. Beach access is great and the kids loved the kids’ pool area. No issues at all with condo access, utilities or the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean room and great stay overall. The beach access and free parking is so convenient. The two downfalls that can be improved on is that there were only 2 elevators for the entire complex and the pool is very underwhelming for the size of the complex.

The accommodations were great. The condo was clean, well organized, and I loved the decor. The view was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, The Hangout, and other restaurants. I found the listing to be quite accurate and there was not a long list to complete when checking out. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Seawind 1408.

This property was great! It has everything we needed for the week, and there was a ton of great shopping and food options near by!

Great Family Stay!

The unit was clean and nice and spacious enough for 3 families with small children! We loved the splash pad at the property spending our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony! Overall a great stay!

Very nice property. Amenities were great with pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and right on the beach!!! Unit was very nice and well decorated. View of ocean and beach was fantastic!!!

First Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time. With three little kids the place was very accommodating with the kiddie pool and quick beach access. The condo was very clean and updated. Within walking distance to dinner and shopping. We will be back again.

Loved the view

Had a great time at the condo. We saw dolphins from the balcony and loved that it was right on the beach. My only negative comment would be there were no extra blankets and I get cold easily.

Our fave Gulf Shores stay so far!!

We’ve stayed at 2 other condos in Seawind, all were nice, but this condo was fabulous! Clean, beautifully decorated, perfect air moisture control (our swimsuits and beach towels air dried instead of staying wet the whole trip.) The Seawinds location is the best on the Golf Shores strip if you ask me. Stay here, you will love it!!

Amazing

We stayed in Gulf Shores for our wedding. The condo had amazing views for photos. We loved the beach access and the night walks. We would definitely stay here again. Only down fall is we coukd not locate the linens for the air mattress. But that was the smallest issue. Everything else was fantastic

Ice maker never worked the whole stay. Balcony doors very hard to slide. Unit was suppose to sleep 7 people. Wooden double bottom bunk for two large boys to sleep on. So one decided to sleep on sofa that does not open into a bed. No sheets or blankets to sleep on sofa. Kitchen table only had 5 chairs, so had to bring in balcony chairs so we could all set at table. Ceiling light above table had an electrical short and kept blinking. Electrical plug by table would not work. Balcony view was fabulous. But not enough seating on balcony for 7 people.Elevators and parking HORRIBLE! We waited hours on elevators. We were on 14th floor and both elderly. No way to climb stairs. My daughters family that was staying with us and had the second parking pass was returning with food, and no parking space anywhere. Security guard gave them a list of overflow parking that they would have to pay to park, and carry food up to our unit. The day of checkout, we stood at elevator for over hour waiting to get on. Only one elevator working, but checkout at 10. Elevator was broken overnight and still not working at checkout. Horrible vacation for 5000. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Seawind. But will never return. Unsafe conditions and stranded up on 14th floor with no elevator.

Summer vaca 2023

Nice property with an amazing view. We saw dolphins from our balcony everyday. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Check-in stated 3:00 when we booked, the day prior we received a message that a text will come thru when unit is ready, could be between 3:00-5:00. Our unit was ready close to 4:00. For people traveling that really puts a damper on the long travel day. Only two elevators for the condo is a bit frustrating…at times we had to wait 10-20 minutes. Easy beach access, condo was walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in Gulf Shores! The Condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated, great space, had all we needed! Very Clean, had a wonderful balcony with furniture. Located on the beach, so very easy to just load up and spend the day in the sun. Location could not have been better. We walked to restaurants, bars, and even a grocery and surf store right across the street! Highly recommend this condo!!

Worst Company EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am amazed that Liquid Life wants my evaluation. I would never work with Liquid Life for a rental again. I checked into my condo at the Island Royale on December 28. The bedroom carpet was wet, but I thought it had just been cleaned. Each day the carpet got wetter. I called Liquid Life. The sent workmen four different times when I called: one brought a fan, one lifted up the carpet, they couldn’t find the leak. Liquid Life said it was the Association’s problem. The Association came in and said it was Liquid Life’s problem. I finally said give me my money back or move me after water was splashing when I walked on the carpet. They moved me to the Seawind. Notice until I was angry, they didn’t do a thing other than send workmen would didn’t fix it. Seawind was a nice condo, however the keypad stopped working while I was moving in. After 5 hours, I was brought a key. Again the key pad was the Association’s problem. I was there for 2 months. It was never fixed. I had to use my one key to get in. Next, when I woke in the morning, the battery in the smoke alarm was beeping. The ceiling are about 10 feet and I could not get to it. I called Liquid Life. They sent a workman who changed the battery. Five minutes after he left, all the fire alarms in the condo started going off. It was extremely loud. I called Liquid Life again at 10:30. They said someone would be coming. I called again at 11:00 -same. At 1:00 I called again and said I was leaving. I was told if I left, the problem was mine-they didn’t have a key. I called a few more times. Neighbors were yelling at me. I was told by the manager, Anita that I was rude to her staff. I was really nice for the first 2 1/2 hours. I was upset. Alarms were really loud and could be heard 14 floor down. They offered me $400 but I would have to sign that I wouldn't write a negative review. A honest company would not ask that. I don't have the $400,

Spring Break 2022

The property was fine, the pool was disappointing. Too many young children in the hot tub. I never a chance to use it. The children were never at the kid pool I would suggest a warm water area for kids. The chair prices were higher than I wanted to pay. No alcohol on the beach was disappointing too. But we made it work. The beds were comfy. Great view!! The ice maker couldn’t keep up.
