PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. This home is dog-friendly, limit 1 small dog, 25 lbs max. A pet fee applies, per pet. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
