During this time, one elevator may be in service. We are located on the 5th floor with convenient parking-garage access at the 3rd floor, and lower-capacity seasons are typically minimally impacted. We provide arrival tips to make check-in smooth.

The room was clean and ready. There’s nothing better than the family showing up to a clean room and easy check in process, ending with a hug and thank you from the kids. We all loved our balcony view, the pools, and the beach. Everything was nice, elevators were quick and the condo location was great. We loved our stay at Sea Wind!

Great spot on the Beach

Great location, nice condo. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Plenty of room and a great view. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, large balcony, overall really nice. The elevators can be a bit frustrating during high traffic times. Room had a couple cleaning issues upon arrival, though nothing major and we did not reach out to owner/manager about them, just fixed it ourselves. Would rent same place again without hesitation.

Seawinds on the Gulf

The condo was true to the listing. Great view from the balcony, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property, Seawinds, only has 2 elevators which made travel up and down difficult and we were often left to use the stairs. Additionally, the balcony could use a power washing.

Everything was just as shown. It was the perfect condo! There is only 2 elevators so sometimes you had to wait a bit but we werent in hurry to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Great condo and location

We had a great week in this unit. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals. We also had plenty of towels and linens. The view was exceptional as well! The WiFi password that was displayed in the kitchen was wrong so we were without WiFi for a couple of days. When I called Monday, they provided me with the correct password. Also, the tv in the bunk room did not work. Other than that, the condo was perfect for us! We had zero issues with parking, which I was worried about. Found 2 spaces easily each time we entered the garage. The elevators were a challenge. We encountered lines and long waits daily. I would stay here again for the price we paid! Great experience.

Great stay

Check in was so easy. Communication before our stay was wonderful and helpful. The condo was everything we expected and more! Great view, poops were perfect for the kids. Close to restaurants and stores.

Perfect location

This property was in a great location, right across the street from a little store should we need ice or a quick grocery run! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The only thing I didn’t love, which had nothing to do with the condo itself was the splash pad. We booked this specific condo for the splash pad for my one year old but the bottom of the pool was so rough that it was scraping her little knees. Would love if Sea Wind could have it refinished to be a bit smoother in a spot where little ones are crawling. We stopped going to the splash pad after 2 days for that reason. Otherwise, Sea Wind, particularly A Wave from it All we’re wonderful and we will return!

Elevator/Handicapped

Parking was horrible for handicap. Not enough of them and difficult to get out because of small spaces. Elevator was broke sometimes and had to walk up and down stairs. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed especially for the elderly and handicapped.

Tolerable, but we won’t be back.

Our vacation was not ruined or anything that significant, but we won’t be back for a 3rd stay at Seawind. Inside: The elevators are a nightmare. We waited 20 minutes one day only to give up and climb down 8 floors. There is NOT enough parking for the complex. We supposedly had 2 spots with our rental, but struggled every time to even find one spot. And the spots are TINY! Don’t expect to park AND be able to exit your vehicle. Our master toilet was acting funny from the time we arrived and by the second day, it was completely clogged….so 6 people were down to sharing one bathroom. I messaged on Monday and was assured someone would come look at it. Never saw anyone. I messaged again on Tuesday to see if they were coming. They did, but didn’t do more than plunge it like we already had, so it was not fixed. Claimed it was an issue with the whole building and that they would contact building maintenance, but we never heard from anyone after that. They continued this excuse when we called back on Thursday, which during this conversation my boyfriend is obviously irritated at this point and was either accidentally or purposely disconnected, but no one bothered to call us back. We finally checked with building maintenance ourselves on Thursday to see what the deal was…they knew nothing about any issues and said it was the rental company’s responsibility since it was inside the condo, so they had made up that excuse apparently. When we called the rental company back AGAIN, they had a plumber scheduled to come that day. He did come pretty promptly and it worked perfectly fine after that. But we had gone FOUR DAYS of our seven day vacation with one bathroom. Outside: the beach is gross. Leave only footprints is BS. There were (the same) abandoned beach chairs by the walkways all week, trash on the walkways and by the shower areas off the beach left for DAYS, and various trash and items left all over the beach…beer bottles, forgotten flip flops, clothes, beach toys, and something that looked like a tourniquet. Gross. We never saw anyone sweep, rake or work on the beach at all. We enjoyed our vacation despite all of this, but we will definitely be picking a different location next year.
