Not to mention, it is finished with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room provides access to one of the private balconies and offers a Smart TV. To continue the luxurious feel throughout the entire property, each bathroom also features granite countertops.

Leaving for home on the ferry, home was very clean we had six adults stay plenty of room. Went ghost crabbing in the pool cause one fell in! Beds were so comfortable. If I come back I would definitely stay again. Thank u for the hospitality, southern vacation rentals

We spent July 4th Holiday @ Brighton By the Sea. Its a very short walk to the beach.The house is roomy, kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the decks. Obviously a busy weekend so we spent most of our time at the house. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook and make drinks. On site grill was a plus. We wrapped up our weekend watching fireworks from the master suite. What could be better?

Best vacation ever

The house was beautifully done. Clean, updated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The kids swam in the pool in the morning, napped then spent time on the beach then came back to the pool. Everyone enjoyed this house so much. Can’t wait to come again.

Great stay

Everything was great about the property and location. The interior hardwood stairs were not exactly ideal for both the very young and old, and you must bring your own beach chairs/equipment, but none of this was enough of an issue to negatively impact the overall experience and rating. Everything was great and property mgmt was very responsive.

Just like the pictures

This property was amazing! It fit our group of seven adults very comfortably. And unlike some listings we've rented, this is just as the pictures show. A magnificent house with a great pool and a short 5 minute walk to the water.

FANTASTIC

Loved the house! Loved the beach walk! Loved the pool, not a huge fan of the salt water in the pool. Pools are nice to swim in to get away from the beach salt. But non the less they swam and loved it! We had Our sons, their partners and our two younger kids. It’s was a great time! House was clean, spacious, and supplied with the basic needs. Loved it! We will be back!

Great Beach House

Great House for Beach Trip. Enjoyed pool and close proximity to Beach. Pets allowed was plus. Very clean and Roomy. Would give 5 stars but Ice maker was out in Refrigerator. They promptly sent someone out. When could not fix they brought us bagged ice so we were good.

Our experience was extremely disappointing, not because of one maintenance issue, but because of the property manager’s complete lack of urgency and communication.The most serious issue was that the exterior door could not be locked from the outside, meaning we could not secure the property when leaving. We reported this immediately on Thursday evening. Management acknowledged the problem and told us someone would come that night. Nearly two days later, no one had arrived, no repair had been scheduled, and no one could provide even an estimated arrival time despite repeated requests.We spent hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to get assistance. In the end, I disassembled the lock and repaired it myself so my family could safely leave the property. Guests should never have to repair a security issue in a vacation rental.The home also had numerous cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including ants inside the home, stained bedding, hair and debris on the floors, trash scattered across the yard from overflowing exterior cans, and a vacuum that didn’t work when we attempted to clean ourselves. We purchased ant bait with our own money and threw away food because of the ants.Any property can have maintenance issues. What separates a good property manager from a bad one is how they respond. Unfortunately, Southern Vacation Rentals repeatedly failed to follow through on their promises, failed to communicate, and failed to treat a basic security issue with the urgency it deserve

at Norbert grad celebration

when we arrived the door code wasn’t working.. We called and text the number provided after about 15 minutes someone answered and gave us a new code, then a couple days later we wanted to cookout all 3 propane tanks were empty we text management co and they sent someone next day. also make sure to bring beach chairs towels for beach they do not provide they used to. normally most do so I was annoyed w that. The home is falling into disrepair as well the front door needs a good painting Beautiful home closw to beachfront w an amazing pool.

Not 100 yards from beach

Beautiful property. Not as close as listed to the beach definitely not 100 yards like 300 . Pool was filthy as well as most of the drinkware. We had to hand wash before using especially the wine glasses they had lipstick on them still. bring garbage bags,condiments. And laundry detergent. We get an email stating someone broke a fish and it’s $50. Sounds scamlike to me.

Great Location, Great Layout!

Short 2 minute flat walk to the beach. House layout was perfect. Beds comfortable. Wish I knew what brand comforter that was on all the beds. Only thing missing at all was a good skillet. Other than that, it was perfect!
