Enjoy a much-deserved beach vacation at this dreamy coastal retreat, and listen to the waves crashing in the distance. Your group will enjoy the immaculately landscaped backyard oasis with a private saltwater pool and plenty of seating for tanning or kicking back. You're just 100 yards from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! This beautiful, two-story beach house features soft neutral shiplap walls throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and a cable TV in each bedroom, so entertaining larger groups will be a breeze. When the sun starts to go down, take advantage of the spacious balcony and enjoy a favorite cocktail in the salty breeze.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful house, which contained all the amenities we needed. The conditioned air was refreshing inside and the private pool was refreshing, outside! Located a short walk to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Jubilee By The SeaTo the owners or whom this may concern. Trash was left in one the second floor bathrooms, the bunk bed bathroom shower is dirty, dirt under the bunk beds, the WiFi didn’t work at times, the first floor bedroom bathroom toilet is not working properly, the freezer handle slides off and doesn't stay on and the pool was the biggest disappointment. It was absolutely filthy, has algae along the sides, debris in the pool, etc.... and the pool area has left over food particles around the pool area. The kids were not able to swim once we arrived because we didn't go to the beach and weren’t able to swim until late in the day on Tuesday and each day after that couldn’t swim for a couple hours due to the pool being worked on by staff. It was cloudy most of the time as well. That’s unacceptable because the reason why we booked was primarily for the pool for the kids. The upstairs toilet started clogging up the day before leaving. There was also trash almost full in the outside bins that cause numerous flies. Not too pleased with what we've encountered. The experience was not too good. I’m not sure what happened. I would like to know what can be done about this, compensation wise? I was in charge of booking and planning for four families and I feel like I let them down. I’m not the type to post a bad review online and bash but I am reaching out to let you know and see what can be done. Location was perfect

We arrived Monday March 31st and checked out April 5th . When we arrived the downstairs air was not working and we contacted them immediately and it came on for 20 minutes and then stopped working again . We contacted them again no response . Tuesday morning we contacted them and they told us they would reach out to the local team and someone would contact us . Wednesday the local team reached out and came to look at it and once again got it working for 20 minutes and shut off we immediately let them know again that we didn’t have air and we did everything we could flipped the breakers unhooked it and still no so luck we followed their instructions and we communicated with them from Monday to Thursday when we finally got the local team to send out the service repairman at 4pm and he got us up and going . The repairman let us know it was not our fault as the upstairs air was about to stop working because the drain valves or hoses were clogged and it was flipping the safety switch to shut off . With 7 teenagers and 3 adults it was very warm especially when we cooked in the house . They have yet to call and make it right as we were without air for 4 days downstairs . The pool heater was out which it was never stated with VRBO that it was not working or I would have found something else as it was a bit chilly in the evenings when they wanted to night swim. The location was perfect not far from the beach which was a plus with 7 teenagers and they had plenty of beds .

Beach House

The house was perfect for what we needed my only complaint was the pool heater was out and has been for over a month. The television in master bedroom was broken our first night but it was fixed the next day that wasnt a big deal. The owner came by to look at something outside while we were there which I thought was odd unsure if it was even the owner or a credpy man but the house itself was nice. And we had a great vacation as a family! We would definitely rent it again.

Great home... Pool not working entire trip

Beautifully decorated beach condo! Spacious and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in! But what ruined the trip was that the pool was so DIRTY w/ mold and we never got to use it the entire time!!! I'm so disappointed!!! This was false advertising!! One of the main reasons I rented this location was for the pool that wasn't going to be readily available. Contacted host and they sent out a pool crew but was so DIRTY never could use the pool!!! I was lied to by the host about getting compensation. This made the trip horrible and probably won't recommend!!

The property needed some tender, loving care

We were very disappointed because the property was unclean and we had an infant with us. That was unable to get on the furniture or the floors. The pool area was unclean and we were unable to use it for the first two days of our stay furniture and items inside of the house And clean and very worn. It could be a nice place to stay, but it needs a lot of updates.

Nice place but has a few issues

The house is super cute and nice! For the house being able to sleeo so many, the kitchen is not! 8 forks for 20 people and no big big pota to cook for that many. One bathroom and shower did not get cleaned before we arrived. There was a broken chair and bar stool upon arrival. I would stay here again though. Large and spacious.

Love the property

Great for our family. We had 2 mini dachshunds and 6 adults. House was lovely. My only complaint was that many outlet covers were missing of broken. Just a FYI.......please invest in a family size frying pan.

Tournament getaway

Was in Gulf shores / Foley for a tournament for a long weekend. Got in Thursday evening and the house thermostat was set to heat at 73 and locked( it was around 60 degrees outside so I don’t know why the heat mode was on) I Messaged the property manager and they said they would contact the owner and have them switch it to cool. Woke up the next morning to 73 degrees still and all 9 of us were quite warm the entire night. Messaged again that morning and it was promptly taken care of. I’ve never stayed in a rental where the thermostat is locked and cannot be switched from heat / cool mode . Every 3-4 hours it reset to 73 degrees-Very annoying. The house overall was laid out nicely and plenty of room for everyone. I loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Kitchen was large, but unfortunately there was little to cook with. There was hardly any pots / pans, no storage containers, no spices 1 plastic spatula, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 spare garbage bag 1 hand towel. Mind you this house sleeps up to 18 people. The kitchen supplies needs to be addressed. If you are coming and are a cooking group you need to bring all your own supplies. The plugs in the master bath and 1 bathroom upstairs didn’t work.MB- no bath mat. Plenty of room in the house and the dining room table is nice and seats 10 people Living area was sufficient. Didn’t swim but we did grill 2 nights-Make sure to bring charcoal. Overall nice house that needs attention

Unit can use some updating, still very upset about ant infestation that took 2 days to spray after sending pics and explaining we had a 14 month baby, family unable to sit on downstairs furniture due to ants crawling on them, also unable to put dogs food down. Garbage cans were full of ants and maggots, my husband pulled cans to street hoping to help.

Lost highway vacation 2023

We all enjoyed our time at Jubilee by the Sea! We were blown away by the house & pool! The only problems we had was we could have used some hand towels & rags for the kitchen. Trash baga would have been nice. But all in all we made it work! And wpuld love to make it work again in the future. The walk to the best was doable for ua & we absolutely loved the pool!!! We loved that the pool had a bench in it!

Close to the Beach with Private Pool!

The house was everything we could have hoped for! There were 14 of us ranging in age from 2 to 85! The beach was a short 5-8 min walk from the house and the private pool was amazing, especially having the privacy fence. There were more pool toys than we could use, there were also beach toys if you didn’t have your own. There is a lovely grill area and the porches are amazing to sit on and enjoy the view. We were thrilled to bring our corgi with us as well. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this property to friends!

Home was beautiful & close to everything! Great location. Plenty of room for everyone.

Very pleasant stay but would have loved to have had clean sheets with no sand or bloodstains. House needed a frying pan and a working freezer. We found cheerios and game cards underneath the furniture. House needs some TLC. Maybe just a good cleaning.

Beach reunion in Gulf Shores

Regarding the actual property, it was exactly as described and worked well for my family. Two things to consider when leasing this property and through Vacasa, it is very difficult to get someone knowledgeable on the phone at the 800 number. Marisol answered the call after being on hold for 40 minutes and spoke very little English. She could not contact the manager of the property about my request before check in. When we were in the house, temperatures outside were in the low 40’s at night and the thermostat was locked so we froze the first and second night. On the third day it took about 2-3 hours of texting to get heating turned on. For the price for each night on these dates, we should have been able to control the thermostat.

Fall break 2022

The house was roomy and fit our family of nine nicely. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the short walk to beach. It turned cold for 3 of our nights. Was not able to turn on heat first night as thermostat was locked. Called and someone came within 8 hours. But then it was on heat and could not turn air on when warmed up later in week. Would be nice if pool was heated for those cooler days. There was one chair and one bar stool broken. Rugs in house are trip hazard, but we just rolled them up. Furniture starting to show some ware... Beds were ok. Bring your own dish soap, laundry soap, and something to wipe off counters. There is a dollar general just down the street which had everything we needed. The location of house is perfect...close proximity to everything. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Bachelorette weekend

Sooooo fun. This house was perfect. So cute and just a little walk down from the most beautiful beach. Would def come again! The pool and backyard are superb as well as the beautiful porches. Loved our stay.
