    **Update as of August 27: Gulf Shores Utilities has informed the Board of Directors and Coastline management of a potential underground water leak at the complex. Troubleshooting occurred to rule out potential leak sites. On Tuesday September 1 at 9am a leak detection company will be onsite to investigate and diagnose. Water will need to be turned off to the building for 3-4hrs while investigation is performed. Signs will be posted on site so owners and guests at the complex are aware. Please inform guests as you see fit. Thank you for your attention and cooperation as we work to rectify the situation.**

The condo was clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything, but quiet and peaceful also. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Sitting on the balcony, just listening to the waves was such a relaxing delight. I hope to rent this same condo on all my trips to Gulf Shores. Suzanne

We spent a long weekend here for Memorial Day and we had the best experience! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Decorated so well! Felt very beach-y which was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the Gulf from the 10th floor was amazing and we spent every morning drinking our coffee out there. Beach access was super easy. We used Ike’s to rent chairs/umbrella and just had the most enjoyable time. We would definitely try to book this place again!

Family vacation

Great weekend stay

We had a wonderful time for our weekend getaway. The place was extremely clean & quick access to some great local restaurants we love. Definitely will return again.

Relaxing

We had a very positive experience and would consider booking the same condo in the future. A couple improvement requests - there wasn’t any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and curved shower curtains should be installed in both bathrooms.

Beautiful and clean!

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great communication with host & prompt responses. The beds were very comfortable, bedding & towels were nice too. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach below. The beach itself was gorgeous and the ocean water was warm. Highly recommend this property!!

Great Vacation Rental!

Had everything you needed for the beach except beach towels. (Chairs,umbrella,sand toys, wave boards and even sand clips to hold down your towels). Make sure to get trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. They only have 1 of each.

40th birthday getaway

My best friend and I came spur of the moment to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Originally we were headed to Marco Island,FL but hurricane Ian had other plans. We couldn't have had a better time! The water and beach was beautiful, so clear And clean. We saw dolphins, we made friends with the neighbors in the beach- everyone was so super friendly. The condo was beautiful, cute and modern. Super easy access to beach! We used the workout room every day! We will be talking about this vacation for years to come and we'll be back!

Fell and broke 5 bones

Condo was clean. Love the area. Walked into condo from balcony and left foot caught on the thresh hold, and fell face down on tile floor. Had to call paramedics and ambulance. Taken to South Baldwin Hospital. Broke my arm, and 4 bones in shoulder. Had to cut vacation short and return to Kentucky. I’ve had to have surgery to replace shoulder with a new one. Horrendous ordeal which I’ll never forget. NOt to mention the pain and money I’ve had to go through.
