Welcome to our piece of paradise in Gulf Shores, Alabama where the motto is small town, big beach. The view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony is fantastic and will make you want to stay forever. Where else can you watch the sun rise over the ocean and then also watch the sun set over the ocean right from your balcony? Our condo is located in Island Sunrise between the State Pier and the Hangout within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Do you hate waiting on elevators in large condominiums? Skip the elevator! One flight of stairs and you are at the beach or pool. Our place has 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. Things that we think you should know: The view is amazing! Our place is clean and smoke free. We are sorry - pets are not allowed. Ceramic tile throughout the entire condo. Brand new living room furniture. We also just purchased new high end deck furniture. No flimsy plastic chairs here! Watch the sunrise or sunset over the water and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony. Other Amenities include the swimming pool, covered porch area with lounge chairs and swings, barbeque grills, showers and a walkway to the sugar white sands of the gulf coast.
