Beach Mouse is newly renovated and features new tile flooring and a new outdoor shower. About Beach Mouse
Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Beach Mouse stands tall and offers beautiful beachfront views of the white-sand beaches and views of Little Lagoon throughout the home. This home is the perfect spot for a vacation of up to 19 guests! Located in West Beach, Beach Mouse is minutes from the area's best restaurants and attractions! 

Beach Mouse features a private, heated pool perfect for making a splash! Underneath the home, guests can find plenty of shady space to relax or enjoy lunch at one of the two picnic tables. There is plenty of room to grill (a charcoal grill is provided,) play games, or simply enjoy the gulf breeze! After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset and salty sea air from one of the home's two spacious balconies with plenty of outdoor seating. 

Beach Mouse features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. On the main level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with a comfy sectional, perfect for enjoying a movie with the family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of prep space so that guests may prepare a decadent meal. The dining area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is equipped to seat 8 with additional seating for 6 at the bar. The living and dining areas lead to one of the balconies which features ample amounts of seating and an outdoor dining table great for enjoying lunch with a view!  

Bedrooms #2 and #3 are also located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a private, attached full bath, lagoon views and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a full, attached bath with hallway access, lagoon views, and an LCD TV.

On the third level of the home, guests will find the beautiful master suite along with the rest of the guest bedrooms. The spacious master features a king bed to sleep 2, a walk-in closet, views of the Gulf of Mexico, an LCD TV, and a private beachfront balcony. The master bath has a double vanity, a shower, and a soaking tub. Bedroom #4 has a king bed to sleep 2, a full, private bath, lagoon views, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #5 is equipped to sleep 2 in a king bed and has an attached bath with hallway access, lagoon views, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #6 is equipped to sleep 4 in a single bunk bed and a day bed with a pull-out trundle. Bedroom #6 also features an LCD TV.

On the fourth level of the home, Beach Mouse features a cupola that features 360 views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. The cupola is equipped to sleep 3 loft-style on 3 mattresses. (Please see photos for more info.) The cupola is a great place to curl up with a book and take in the views. The cupola is also equipped with an LCD TV.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Great beach location

The location of the Beach Mouse was great, beautiful view and great access to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The accuracy of the listing needs to be updated. The house has no hot tub and we had issues with the pool heater. I spoke with the pool person when they arrived and he did not address the issue with the heater. The WIFI is spotty at best, I reported an outage and was directed to reset my router, I did this multiple times and it kept going out, I wanted to enjoy my vacation, not mess with internet and pool issues. I paid a premium price for the dates I stayed and expected better.

Property was clean. Very responsive to our call. Only issue was that it listed a hot tub that had been removed. They responded that it should not have been listed and would remove it from the listing. TVs all worked great. Dishes and appliances were very clean.

The Beach Mouse and family

The home was great and had plenty of room for our group of 8. Great beach view from both decks. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It did have a lot of steps and I wish the elevator would have been available for our elderly family members. The check in and check out process was easy. We all had a great time .

Priceless views

Glad we chose to stay here for our weekend getaway. The views are breathtaking from so many different angles of the house. The house is very spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. We was unable to use the pool due to the heater froze up (they did refund us for that) and unable to use the hot tub as the lid wouldn’t stay down to keep it heated. Overall, we had a really good stay!

Great Stay at Beach Mouse for a long weekend

Stayed with 3 families (12 total; 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 preteen, 2 littles) for an extended weekend in January 2023. Fantastic property on a quiet beach area with incredible views. Property isn't 'new', but is well kept up. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and beds comfortable. The crows nest is a cool place to hang out, but if you plan to try to sleep there be forewarned there are no window treatments so be ready for the sun. We were not sleeping there so it served as a peaceful and lovely hangout spot. Kitchen is well equipped to cook anything you can plan. Hot tub was great, pool was clean and clear but wasn't in our plan for January :). Views from the deck are stellar with some nice furniture to relax and take it all in. Beach path from the patio to the beach is less than a 20 second walk. Beach area is huge and clean. Played many a game on the large dining room table and in the family room. Terrific property, look forward to staying here again.
