Fantastic gateaway house, walking distance to the white sand beaches in the quiet of Gulf Shores! Cool off in the dazzling private saltwater pool. This dog friendly home has a 12x40 dog run outside for the pups. Covered carport with large driveway for boat or trailer parking. This one of a kind home has everything needed for your next family vacation!

TheSpace:
Up the stairs you will find a spacious deck to kick back and relax on. Enjoy a sunset evening on the balcony with comfortable love seat and two chairs, additional seating at the four top table overlooking the pool area. Step inside to find an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This well-equipped kitchen is perfect to whip up a local seafood dish. Enjoy your meal at the dining table with seating for six with the open concept living space. Relax in the comfortable living space featuring a flat screen TV and two futon style sleepers. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV. Drink your morning coffee from the private balcony, with access directly from the main bedroom. Connected to the main bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a twin-size bunk bed and additional twin-size mattress underneath the bunk. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer is located in the hallway for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat! There is a covered carport with additional parking in the driveway for boat or trailer. When arriving at the house, walk up the stairs and enter the code provided. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!

The Neighborhood:
Just down the road from The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream across the street. A 7 minute drive from the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

The closest public beach access is less than a half mile away: head west on West Lagoon Ave from the house (.3 mile) take left on 13th street & the public beach access is approximately 500 yards.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 2.1 miles and turn right onto W 12th St. At the stop sign take a left onto W Lagoon Ave and Sandy Feet Retreat is on your left in 0.2 mile. It is a light blue house with coral shutters.

Other Things to Note:
**We welcome your furry family members (max 2) however there will be a non-refundable $100/pet fee and a $250 fine for any guest who doesn't dispose of their pet's waste appropriately**
