Free access to outdoor pools and hot tubs is included in your stay and if you wish to elevate the experience with access to the Clubhouse you can do so for a daily fee starting at $32. The total price depends on the number of days purchased.
Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, game room, fitness room, heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, access to the locker room, sports equipment for tennis and basketball courts, Gulfside Bar & Grill (poolside) as well as access to some family-friendly activities.

This Beach Club 708D is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf views from the 7th floor. This impeccable unit is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay memorable. You will have a beach view from the balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or enjoy your evening with a glass of wine.

And if you would like to explore the town, the unit is a short ride away from the local attractions, such as Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, and Waterville USA.

Parking

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
