Great getaway trip

My husband, neither and sister in law wanted a quick long weekend getaway at the beach and we couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. It had everything we needed, has a great view and nights on the balcony were amazing. We will definitely book this condo again.

Great Condo and great location

We really loved our view from the living room and Master bedroom. Master bathroom was huge and had a jacuzzi tub! Lots of outside and inside pools and hot tubs. Steps from the beach. Chair folks were helpful and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It could use some updating. Kitchen cabinets are in poor condition. But the place was clean and comfortable.

Too expensive for what it is.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well maintained pool, easy access to the beach, but apartment itself is run down, broken furniture that you’d be afraid to touch because it looks like it’s about to fall apart.

Gorgeous View!

The view was absolutely gorgeous with wrap around windows and provided for a very relaxing stay! Our only 2 recommendations would be to provide alternate pillow types…they were a bit too thick and hard. And also there was a DVD player available, but no movies or games. Overall, the beach access was great and I can’t say enough about the view. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Nice Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property would be nicer with a bit of an update, i.e. paint, remove wallpaper. For housekeeping-the shower in master had lots of mold. All it takes is routine Clorax spray!!

Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay at Seachase. Beautiful decorated room. Only problem was getting stuck on elevator for about 30 minutes. The only way we got help was someone came to elevator and we had to yell to get them to go get security guard. The help button did not work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable. However it needs upgrading. Only one elevator was working which caused 10 to 15 min delays. At one time a maintenance worker turned the only working elevator off and walked away with the keys still in the elevator on/off switch. Overall the stay was good.

The location is really great. Guy on the beach putting our chairs and canapy was really cocky and rude. He had blonde curly hair.

SeaChase 703W

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exterior and grounds were great. Location close to restaurants and grocery. Great view from unit and beach was very close. Unit was clean, but needs updating. Real issue was the toilet in the second bedroom was not fully functional which made everyone use the master toilet. Maintenance tried to fix, but decided that it needed to be replaced. This did not get done before we left. We probably will visit SeaChase again, but will find another unit.

Great view, needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Title says it all. Can’t beat the view! Amazing. Pool and grounds were great. Condo itself needs to be updated. Especially the kitchen. Had drawers that don’t properly function. Fixtures and cabinets are dated. You advertise a wine cooler in pictures that hasn’t worked in 2 plus years according to other reviews. Can’t beat the view but it’s time for the owners to reinvest in the condo. Thanks.

Seachase 703W

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Seachase many times and never been disappointed. But this trip was not up to your usual standards. Elevator not working. Staff that did not know how to answer sinple questions. And our unit was not very clean. Key did not work in the deadbolt. If this had been my first trip I would probably not stay here again. But I am going to assume this is the exception. I hope you will have these issues addressed before I return.

Old, outdated - needs repairs

Seachase overall is a great property and location. This rental unit did not meet expectations. Mattress was very very old and needs replaced. Did not get any sleep due to the bad bedding. Furniture also worn and not comfortable. Chairs with table all were tattered. Vents had mold on them in bathroom and in the main living room area. There was a stale water smell in Master Bath every evening when everyone was taking showers. We will not be staying at this unit ever again and suggest others to rethink unless they replace some of the furninshings and clean up ventilation.
