Getting really long in the tooth:(

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Seachase for years and the units have NOT kept up. While our unit was ok, the mattresses were horrible even though the website says they are new. I suspect the website hasn't been updated in several years as they were NOT new. And that includes all beds! Also the 2nd bathroom floors were gross. I had to clean before I would let anyone use them. I absolutely realize they are rental units with high usage but just not happy with how rundown they have become. I think that we will be looking for other options for future stays. Our family has enjoyed Seachase in the past AND we have many fond memories.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed in your condo unit at SeaChase. The unit was decorated nicely and very clean. The condo was a good size for 7-8 people and was an end unit which was nice. The owner had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we lacked for nothing when we were ready to cook. We found the people who oversaw the condos to be helpful, responsive, and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach and Seachase are the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great winter vacation at Orange Beach in 701E Seachase. This is a great end unit with wonderful views. Teh condo is well stocked for cooking and eating in. It is also very convenient to excellent restaurants. The Seachase staff are outstanding. One small thing to know- the door between the third bedroom and the bathroom appears to be permanently broken, so the room is suitable for kids but not as practical for adumts.

Beautiful Orange Beach condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 701E for a week each September for many consecutive years. It’s a beautiful condo, well maintained, in a great location. The only minor complaint is the couch is very old with the cushions sunken in. It’s been this way for several years and is certainly due for replacement. A new couch would make it pretty much perfect.
