Located in the peaceful Surfside Shores community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, this spacious 3,168 square foot home sits just steps from the beach. No need to load up the car—walk a few steps to grab a snack, lunch, or beverage. You’ll enjoy the quiet, uncrowded beaches of Surfside Shores while being just a scenic 15-to-20-minute drive from Gulf Shores. Inside the Home The home welcomes you with a soaring two-story living room filled with natural light. This open, comfortable space is ideal for watching TV, playing games, or simply enjoying the view. The first floor includes a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, private water closet, jetted soaking tub, and separate shower. The bedroom also has balcony access and a newly added writing desk—perfect for journaling, checking email, or working remotely. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with access to a shared hall bath. A stackable washer and dryer add convenience to this space. The large kitchen is fully equipped for nights spent dining in, with ample prep space, a prep sink, a wet bar, and a stand-alone ice maker. The dining area includes a table for ten, an additional four-seat game table, and three bar stools, providing plenty of seating for everyone.
