Last minute excellence!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within a week of the trip we decided to head to Gulf Shores and a friend suggested Martinique on the Gulf. What an excellent suggestion and decision on our part. Condo is on the beach, boardwalks are easily accessible over the dunes, property is beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Security is present, safe surroundings, and everything we needed was nearby. Golf cart community so everyone moved around with ease! The condo is beautiful, updated, comfortable, and so clean!

Great condo and wonderful property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never been to this area before so I was a little nervous when I turned down the main hwy to the property but it ended up being the best weekend. The beach was beautiful and not crowded which I expected with it being spring break in some areas. The condo was very clean and it had really pretty decor. We took advantage of the Dollar General less than a mile away and got food at a resort nearby. We will definitely be back in the future.

A great visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique and this condo were everything we hoped for. We wanted to get in a beach trip just before the 2024 spring break masses arrived and this was a great choice. The Martinique property is beautiful and this condo could not have been better. If you are looking for packed beaches, jet skis, boom boxes, late night parties etc., this is not your place. If you are looking for a first-rate property to enjoy beachfront living without the usual downsides, this is a good bet.

Love Martinique Do Not Like the Visitation and Parking Fees

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Martinique for decades and love the beach and facilities. They are very responsive to your needs. But now with the high visitation and parking fees we are seriously considering going somewhere else. Two of our other families who travel with us chose to stay on the bay side and the other one at Gulf shores and never come to visit us due to the fees. We are seriously considering renting somewhere else in 2026.

A great stay once again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay again at Martinique. My only suggestions would be to have the checking out instructions in the unit and the emailed closing instructions be consistent with one another. There was a discrepancy (I believe with towels/laundry expectations. Along these same lines, if the expectation is to run laundry and dishes when checking out, I feel it is reasonable to supply more than one detergent for both. Yes, this is a small thing, but it’s something that should be provided (perhaps one laundry and dishwasher table/packet per day stay would be a good rule of thumb. This way it doesn’t cause the out of town guest to go and purchase way too many of these items for their 4 day stay. It’s a convenience thing that is also tied to an expectation by the property management. Thank you!

November Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Martinique for two weeks, having stayed there numerous times in the past. Although we were not able to get the unit we had previously rented, this second-floor unit was adequate. The first week was great but the second week disappointed as we could not use our balcony due to the machine noise, odor and water just outside the railing, caused by workmen doing a project on the roof. When we contacted the office, we were told that fall is the time when they do such projects. I think we should have been made aware of this before we rented the unit or, knowing this, Martinique should not have allowed this unit to be rented.

Nice resort. Pleasant staff. One issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two week stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, unit was very clean and modern. Beach was a short walk and not crowded. Balcony view was ok, slightly limited by tree and building. Only issue was frequent loud stomping in unit above. Awakened every morning at 6:30am by stomping back and forth. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Would only rent third floor next time.

From a frequent guest...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. However, since Aranov is no longer managing, I’ve noticed things like overgrown shrubbery invading into the walkways and boardwalks. Also, seems like a lot of turnover in the office. I’ve been coming to M one or more times each year for a very long time. Had grown accustomed to being “welcomed back.” Now, it feels mire like I’m a number. I would encourage a return to better grounds keeping and teaching the office staff how to recognize frequents guests.

Pre-Summer on the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ft. Morgan and Martinique are the best places on the Gulf! The lack of dense, crowded beaches and miles and miles of protected beach are unique assets among any U.S. coastlines. The unit at Martinique was superb, with the only difficulty being the electronics (AV/audio equipment). We'd recommend this unit and the entire complex to anyone interested in a terrific beach getaway and experience.
