"Great area, friendly staff. Internet okay and useable (used for MSoffice 365 and transfer of images). Xiamen is a great city and the closeness to the shopping mall and local mom&pop shops were great. The interior of the hotel, especially hallways a little worn down and lots of condensation in elevator lifts due to aircon and humid outside conditions. two elevators had literally water running down the doors."
"This is a very luxurous hotel in the best area of Xiamen, if you want to go for a nice walk, go to the famous coffee street or go to the bars in Haiwan park."

Its located in the residential area , walkable distance to an open air mall.
Its not in the main island of Xiamen where the train stations/ airport are however its only around 20 mins to main city where tourists attraction are located.
There is no one stand by at the door, but receptionist are happy to help with your luggages.
Hotel breadfast are satisfactory.
