This modern house, designed in the Arcachon style, offers spacious interiors and is ideal for accommodating two couples and four children. It features a master suite with a very comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a WC, all connected. This room opens directly onto the terrace through a French door leading to the spa. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be configured as a double bed, with the option to separate them and request individual sheets. This room also has a French door providing access to the pool and spa. The third bedroom, designed for children, includes two bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a single bed. All mattresses are of high quality to ensure optimal comfort.

The outdoor area has been carefully designed to provide a pleasant and welcoming setting. The terraces are made of ipe wood, and the large bay windows are complemented by brick partitions. The heated pool is accessible from May to September, provided the outdoor temperature exceeds 20°C. A hot tub is available year-round at an average temperature of 38°C. Boules are provided for guests who wish to enjoy the pétanque court.

Located in a peaceful setting, the house is ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. Just three minutes away by car, Hume Beach offers a kitesurfing spot. Tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of the Gujan Tennis Club, which features three covered clay courts, three outdoor clay courts, and eight uncovered fast courts. For golf lovers, the BlueGreen golf course in Gujan Mestras, just a three-minute drive away, offers both a nine-hole and an eighteen-hole course. The Arcachon golf course is also accessible within fifteen minutes. Jogging enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby wooded area, perfect for running. Additionally, a children's amusement park is just a few minutes from the house.

A pet is accepted upon request, subject to the owner's approval. An additional fee will apply. A parking area for bicycles and cars is also available for an extra charge. The pool is accessible from May 1st to September 30th, while the hot tub is available year-round at an average temperature of 38°C.
