Built in 2017, the Teychan seaside cottage enjoys a prime location between the ports of Larros and Gujan, at the heart of oyster farming, with exceptional views of this vibrant and unspoiled environment. Spread over two levels, the cottage combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere: On the ground floor: a beautiful, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area, and a lounge with a sofa, opening onto a pleasant furnished terrace overlooking the pond. A laundry room with a washer-dryer and a toilet complete this level. Upstairs: two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two 80x200 cm beds), an elegant shower room, and a separate toilet. For your comfort, the cottage features reversible air conditioning, a television, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included for a worry-free stay. Private parking is also available. At the foot of the cottage, the reservoir, filled with water according to the tides to meet the needs of local businesses, gives the property its unique character.
