Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this duplex offers a harmonious and functional living space. From the entrance, you will discover a beautiful living area with well-defined spaces. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. A large table awaits you to share your meals, while the cosy TV lounge invites relaxation with family or friends. A workspace is also arranged for added comfort. A storeroom and an independent toilet complete this level.



Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two lovely bedrooms. The first, with blue walls, is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200). The second offers the flexibility of a King size bed (180x200) or two separate single beds for more independence. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
