Smoking is not allowed inside the house; only regular cigarettes are permitted outside—no drugs allowed. Street parking is available. Pets are not permitted. For safety reasons, guests under 18 are not allowed. As there are stairs to access a bedroom, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Parties are strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 days.
