FOR COOKING LOVERS: We have available 2 kitchen areas, BBQ and a super cozy family room on the top level of the building that has an unparalleled view of 15th Avenue.

FOR PETS: Because they are also part of our family and our lives. Our entire building is pet friendly and we have a playground and grooming area for the furry family members.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING TO REST: We have an area for you to relax and rest located on the 12th level with an incredible view. And in the afternoons you can visit the aircraft viewpoint accompanied by a bonfire in our firepit.

A: We are located in the Narama Building in Zone 13, near the area of ​​Exclusive Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Cafes and Museums. 2.5 miles from Aurora International Airport.

Q: How can I check-in?
A: Easily! 24-hour self-check-in in the building.

Q: Is there a restaurant nearby?
A: Sure! Our building has several restaurants on the first level. And many more options and the best in Guatemala are a mile from our place.

Q: Is it comfortable?
A: It is comfortable, super cozy and with an incredible view. Our Serta bed, hotel-quality bedding, vintage lighting, WIFI, 48-inch TV, spoken English channels. Living room with sofa, office area, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove and minibar.

Q: What is the bathroom like?
A: A full bathroom with a rain effect shower, lighted mirror, 100% cotton face, hand and body towels. Hot water and toiletries at your disposal.

Q: Can I wash my clothes?
A: Yes! We have a laundry area on the 11th level. We have a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer. These work with coins that can be purchased at the administration.

Q: Can I check-in before 3 or check-out after 12?
A: We will do our best. Please check with us first, it depends on availability and our next/previous guests.

Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals?
A: YES, we can rent long stays. The price depends on the length of stay and availability. The weekly or monthly rate may be slightly reduced compared to the daily rate. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we are doing well.

Q: Smoke?
A: Only outside and please be responsible. Absolutely no drugs at our place!

Q: Can we hold events or parties?
A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the property so that other guests/neighbors can rest.

Q: You charge extra for more than 3 adults, do my children count?
A: We can host up to 2 adults and 1 child. After this amount extra is charged.
