Gute Frühstück im Restaurant wo man auch abends gut essen kann. Zufahrt über eine enge Privatstraße, die keinen Gegenverkehr erlaubt und deshalb per Funk geregelt wird. Angebote wie Führungen, ZIP-Line und Seilbahn sind direkt vor Ort. Seilbahnfahrt ist schön, aber sehr teuer. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"Es un hotel excelente. La ubicación es fabulosa y la mejor son los restaurantes justo afuera ! Difícil de encontrar tantas opciones tan cerca de un hotel a pasos literalmente.
Súper limpio . Habitaciónes espaciosas . Cero queja . Es para quedarse siempre ."

Generally very friendly staff, we did however have an unfortunate money experience when paying for the room and some laundry. We were told laundry was 3 dollars per machine, but were charged 8 dollars and additionally we were shortchanged a little more...

"The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again . "

De havde selv glemt at tage betaling ved check ind og ringede til os mens vi sov og insisterede på at vi kom til receptionen derefter sendte de en til at tjekke minibar. Der var bed bugs. Morgenmaden var uspiselig. God placering er det eneste positive at sige. "

"En enkelt nat. Vi skulle på tur inden morgenmaden var klar og fik derfor tilbudt en snack pose med lækkerier. Gratis opbevaring af kufferter i 3 dage. Dejlig service. Hotellet glemte at tilføje loyalitetsstempler, men det blev klaret efter hjemkomst af Hotels.com ved telefonopkald.

"The rooms are really nice, and overall comfort was good! The pillows were huge and did not provide the best sleeping experience for my preference. There was loud from other rooms and the power was out some of the day. No possibility for extra service such as late check out and the area is not very inviting. "
