Welcome to our 105m2 spacious and comfortable Apartment, ideally located in the serene town of Grünheide on Friedrich-Engels-Str. Whether you`re here for work or leisure, our accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There are 3 bedrooms and each room has 2 single beds that can accommodate up to 6 people.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in Arbio reservation page.

*My Reservation / Booking
All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
