"This is a good basic hotel. Stayed a couple of times recently. Rooms are inconsistent, some good, others need maintenance, like fixing of plumbing issues. Staff are lovely and helpful. Convenient location on the beaches with onsite parking."

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wildlife Retreat. The room, surroundings and overall experience were lovely. A special thank you to the team for their flexibility and kindness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique experience. 🦘🐨🌿"

Victoria Cross metro is only up the road, taking less than 10 minutes to get to the city. The area is also very quiet. The lobby and rooms were modern and well designed, however, the rest of the hotel such as the hallways and elevators does show age. We arrived at the hotel at around 2:20pm hoping that we...
