"My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

"Property was really nice. Fun and well appointed. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen. Plenty of supplies while we were there. We really could have used some air conditioning with the 100 degree weather, but utilized the pool and lake to cool off."

"we have stayed 4 nights and could stay longer if we had a time. The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. Just drive very slowly on the dirt road especially at the times when is so dry and hot like now as driving fast gets a lot of dust in...

"great cabin, I didnt know how many beds and which we will get but I had a great surprise. 2 queen bedroom and another unit of queen +1 single downstairs for our teenage boy, which was perfect. very comfortable and close to the lake. clean and spacious"

"Great location- beautiful views, close to Yosemite national park. The spacious house is well equipped with all amenities and very comfortable for a family stay. The deck, a great place to gather and enjoy. If you can navigate the many many steps down to the private dock by the water, you will find a serene, gorgeous spot to relax. Hiking trails nearby a great too."

"We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...
