"My fiancée and I had stayed at this location under different ownerships in 2015 and shortly after COVID in 2021, and while we had a nice stay in '15, it was not as memorable in '21, possibly to everything COVID-related. After seeing wonderful reviews as a Best Western, and after staying at a Best Western on Long Island in 2019, we felt confident in returning. "The hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting Mystic. This used to be a Days Inn, but since it became spark, it definitely upgraded and it shows very well. The only thing that I found weird was that there were no clocks in the rooms. We had two rooms booked, none of which had a clock, so that was kind of weird other than that I will be staying here in the future!"

My son and I travel often and he is 11, and he was so impressed with the little goodie bag he was given when we arrived as well as the peppermints in the room, and the fact that there was a cute little tea tray on the bed with tea and cups. The modern appearance of the rooms and bathroom mixed with these things made my son feel very fancy."
