At the heart of the flat is the impressive living, dining and kitchen area, measuring approx. 58 m², which offers plenty of space for shared laughter, cooking and socialising. The extendable dining table provides seating for all guests, whilst culinary delights can be conjured up in the kitchen with its professional gas hob. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy, crackling atmosphere, whilst the shower room with its private sauna becomes your very own little wellness oasis. For relaxing moments outdoors, our spacious grounds invite you to take walks and enjoy peaceful breaks surrounded by greenery.

This spacious flat is furnished to a high standard and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 people.

• Approx. 98 m² of total living space, including an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area measuring over 58 m²

• Extendable dining table seating up to 20 people – perfect for family gatherings and shared meals

• Cosy lounge area with three sofas, a wood-burning stove and a smart TV for relaxing evenings

• Shower room with an integrated sauna and double washbasin

• Two additional toilets for greater flexibility when hosting several guests

• Very well-equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and oven with integrated microwave

• Three small, separate bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm or 140x200 cm):

Check-in is simple and contactless via a key safe. Once you have completed the online check-in and uploaded a valid form of ID, you can arrive at your convenience.

The holiday flat is situated on the grounds of Hexenburg, a historic four-sided farmstead near Dresden, offering plenty of nature, peace and quiet, and a unique atmosphere. Natural ponds, paddocks and extensive green spaces make this the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

Hexenburg is an ideal base for a variety of excursions combining nature, culture and historic towns. Many attractions and leisure activities are within easy reach.



• Stolpen Castle (approx. 10 mins)

• The historic old towns of Pirna (approx. 30 mins) and Bautzen (approx. 40 mins)

• Dresden with its Baroque old town, restaurants and trendy neighbourhoods (approx. 40 mins)

• Hiking, cycling and climbing in Saxon Switzerland (approx. 30 mins)

• Lusatian Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve (approx. 40 mins)

• Day trip to the Spreewald (approx. 1.5 hours)

• Prague – the ‘Golden City’, reachable in around 2 hours

For even greater comfort and a relaxing holiday, the following extras can be added as required:



• Bed linen (€15 per set) and towels (€5 per set)

• Dogs welcome (€15 per night)

• Sauna use: electricity (charged according to usage, €3.50 per hour), cleaning (€7.50 per stay)

• Shared washing machine and tumble dryer (€5 each)



NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:

The Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is currently undergoing ongoing, careful renovation. Some outdoor areas are still under development.

The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available to our guests every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In addition, there is usually someone on site at Hexenburg should you need any assistance.

Riding lessons and trail rides can be arranged flexibly and at short notice directly with the riding instructor.
