INTERIORS
Ground Floor
The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and comfortable living room, featuring two sofas, a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a traditional fireplace. Large windows and doors open directly onto the outside, perfect for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent is the dining area with ample space for group meals, a billiard room, and a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. This level also includes a guest bathroom and access to the beautiful outdoor dining area overlooking the olive trees and surrounding countryside.

First Floor
Upstairs, the villa offers six well-appointed double bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet, basin, and toilet. All rooms feature air conditioning, a personal safe, and Wi-Fi. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access to a private terrace, ideal for a quiet morning coffee with countryside views. Possibility to have a sofa bed for one or two children in one of the bedrooms.

Lower Level
The lower ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and recreation. It includes a separate living area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a dining table, as well as an open space with a working desk, ideal for remote work or reading. Fitness lovers can make use of the private gym with exercise equipment, while the wellness area includes a sauna, steam room, shower, and two loungers for unwinding. There are two additional guest bathrooms (toilet, sink, bidet) on this level for convenience.

OUTDOORS

The estate boasts three private swimming pools: a large pool with waterfall feature (12x6m; depth from 1.2m to 2.6m; open 01/05-30/09), a children's pool (4.9m x 3.75m, depth 0.7m; open 01/05-30/09), and a jacuzzi-style pool (2.8m x 3.75m, depth 1m; not heated; open 01/05-30/09). There’s also a barbecue area, shaded lounging spaces, and private on-site parking.

PLEASE NOTE:
- the property manager lives on site, in an apartment on the ground floor at the side/rear of the house, part of the same building but with its own separate entrance and driveway. It is well hidden from the rest of the property and doesn't share the use of any of the grounds or parking area; the property manager is very discreet, you may see her early in the morning checking the pool but other than you would be unlikely to see her.
