"Really nice hotel with very good service. Fantastic view from the balcony. Very good breakfast and cozy bar to sit in front of the fireplace. Perfect location to lift to First - just across the street. Free bus ticket to the area and 10 min with the bus to Terminal to mountain/lift for Männlichen and Eiger. Like to stay at the hotel again.

"Meget hyggeligt by. God seng, gode puder. Morgenmad var super god."

"Hotel was nice and very modern - however we went there for skiing and got very disappointed "

"The lack of a reception and available staff made the whole experience very empty. It felt like a motel with no soul or vibes. The lack of staff with check in meant all information was provided via 10 different formats, including wallpapers, shower pamphlets, QR codes etc. making it easy to oversee something, which we did, and one staff member seem annoyed when we as a result asked about it. There is no airconditioning, fridge, kettle or anything remotely luxurious. It really was the RyanAir of...

"Never paid so much for a hotel that had so less facilities. This place has not been maintained for a decade, it is almost abandoned. Outdoor, grass everywhere, the main strairs to the main door is ruined, no one has cleaned the chairs from old leaves. Indoors, the doors are not closing completely, walls are thin and you can hear everything happening on the floor. Breakfast is poor. For this 3 star hotel paying over 3000dkk per night is like being robbed."

"We booked the hotel apartment because of the good rating. Unfortunately we did not check all the comments. Had we done that we would have realised that the apartments out in the back of this hotel are very outdated and in poor condition. The apartment was like taken out of the 60's and 70's and very much in need of an upgrade. Dirty coutch and chairs, almost no cooking utensils etc. We have been af few places in Switzerland before this and all of them way better than this hotel and much cheaper....

"Very limited option for breakfast but very cozy. Whatever food is there, its enough and amazing ❤️"

"Highly helpful staff Fantastic views Nice discounts for all the activities around the hotel. Free gondola to the city etc. Really nice stay 4 adults 2 kids(13,15) in a family room upgraded."
